6. Warranty and Guarantees

All our commercial work is delivered under the same warranties and guarantees we provide our residential customers – for the work performed, replacement parts, or new equipment installed during the contract period.

7. Optional Extras

a. Emergency call-puts and repairs Bolt-on
We offer an optional bolt-on to all our agreements to cover emergency call-outs and repairs, as no one likes unhappy staff or tenants!

b. Priority Pass
We always aim to get to our emergency call-outs as quickly as possible. The quicker an issue is dealt with the less damage is done. However, we know that some businesses need us to arrive that bit quicker, so we offer an optional bolt-on to our commercial agreements, for Priority call-outs.
